Following the Government announcement that Covid19 regulations will be relaxed, we at Meadowfield Auto Centre will remain committed to customer & staff safety & we will continue with all Covid19 preventative measures until further notice.
To keep you safe during these unprecedented times we have been following Government guidelines & all available literature. We have implemented various changes to the reception area as well as the workshop, with sales advisors & technicians following strict procedures. These procedures are re-evaluated weekly, with risk assessments carried out by management.
We understand that now more than ever, your vehicle is essential, be it for work commuting, seeing family or carrying out the weekly shop.
We have implemented these changes to protect our customers as well as all staff, but we do need your help. We do have guidance for all customers that can be found below. As you can understand as a local business, the risks of forced closure due to a positive Covid19 test could be catastrophic & we hope you understand why we have put these guidelines in place.

- We ask that all customers wear a face covering when entering the reception area (where possible)

- All technicians must sanitise & wear gloves & a face covering when entering vehicles
Q. What are the customer guidelines?
- Only one customer (household) to enter the reception area
Q. My MOT is due, do I still need to get it done?
Yes! We are open as normal for MOTs, servicing & repairs.
